Common questions answered below. Can't find what you need? Email us at support@listahan.co.
How do I set up allergens for my household?
After signing in, go to Settings → Family. Tap any household member to edit their allergen profile. You can add standard allergens (peanut, tree nut, milk, egg, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame) as well as custom dietary rules per person. Plans and lunchboxes will automatically flag any recipe that contains a flagged allergen.
How does the Presyo price index work?
Presyo is Listahan's community grocery price index. When you scan a receipt, the prices are anonymized and added to the index — we strip personal information before any price is recorded. You see real neighborhood prices when building your shopping list, so you can estimate costs before you shop.
What is the AI meal planner and how accurate is it?
The AI meal planner uses your household's allergen profiles, pantry inventory, and preferences to suggest weekly plans. It runs multiple safety checks automatically before surfacing a plan. That said, AI suggestions are a starting point — you can edit any plan manually, and allergen warnings are a complement to (not a replacement for) reading labels yourself.
Can I use Listahan on Android?
Listahan is currently live on the Apple App Store. An Android version is in progress. To join the Android beta and receive the APK directly, email beta@listahan.co with your Gmail address.
I forgot to cancel my trial — can I get a refund?
Billing is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Listahan charge, and select 'I'd like to request a refund.' Apple processes all billing disputes directly.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your household, all plans, recipes, and personal data from our servers. If you cannot access the app, email support@listahan.co from the address associated with your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What does "lunchbox rules" mean for a child?
When you add a child to your household, you can set school-specific rules — for example, 'nut-free classroom' or 'no shellfish.' These rules stack on top of the child's personal allergen profile, so the lunchbox planner will only suggest safe-for-school options.
I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?
Email support@listahan.co with a description of what you experienced and your device model and iOS version. For feature requests, the same address works — we read everything, even if we cannot reply to each message individually.
