Keto Chicken Wings

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire baking rack on top. Spray the rack generously with non-stick cooking spray.

    Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. This step is critical for achieving crispy skin.

    In a large ziplock bag or bowl, toss the wings with the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until every wing is lightly and evenly coated.

    Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, leaving space between each wing. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until deeply golden and crispy.

    While the wings bake, whisk together the melted butter and buffalo hot sauce in a large bowl.
