    Add the strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender in that order, with the softer ingredients near the blades for easier blending.

    Drizzle in the honey, then add the ice if you are using fresh rather than frozen fruit.

    Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth with no chunks remaining.
