Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Juicy seasoned grilled chicken over crisp romaine tossed in a creamy garlicky Caesar dressing with crunchy croutons.

Instructions

    Pat the chicken dry and rub with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. For even cooking, pound any thick ends to a uniform thickness.

    Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high. Grill the chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side until well-marked and the internal temperature reaches 165F.

    Transfer to a cutting board, rest 5 minutes, then slice across the grain into strips.

    In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
