Garlicky Baked Chicken

Tender baked chicken in a quick, garlicky mayonnaise marinade with a hint of Italian herbs.

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Kitchen Bouquet until smooth.

    Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Shake the excess marinade off the chicken and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken in a baking pan coated with non-stick spray.

    Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. This is also great grilled or broiled.
