Brew 1 cup of strong coffee using your preferred method, aiming for a piping-hot temperature of around 195°F so the fats emulsify smoothly.

Pour the hot coffee into a blender, then add the 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil while the liquid is still very hot.

Secure the lid tightly with a folded towel over the top and blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds, until the mixture turns pale, opaque, and develops a thick foamy crema on top.
