In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened coconut oil and room-temperature cream cheese. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat them together until completely smooth and creamy.

Beat again on low speed until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform in color.

Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or small silicone muffin liners, distributing it evenly (about 1 tablespoon per slot).
