Keto Fat Bombs

Bite-sized, energy-boosting treats made with a base of coconut oil and cream cheese, infused with rich chocolate.

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened coconut oil and room-temperature cream cheese. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat them together until completely smooth and creamy.

    Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract to the bowl.

    Beat again on low speed until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform in color.

    Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or small silicone muffin liners, distributing it evenly (about 1 tablespoon per slot).

    Place the silicone mold into the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the fat bombs are completely solid.

    Pop the fat bombs out of the mold and store them in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator. Eat straight from the fridge as a quick energy boost!
