Keto Taco Salad

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until deeply browned, crumbling it into small pieces with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

    Add the keto taco seasoning to the beef along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the water evaporates and the beef is coated in a thick sauce. Remove from heat.

    Divide the chopped lettuce among serving bowls to create a fresh base.

    Spoon the warm, seasoned ground beef generously over the center of the lettuce.
