Turkey and Cranberry Sandwich

    If using leftover stuffing, warm it briefly in the microwave for 30 seconds until soft.

    Spread the softened cream cheese in a thick, even layer over one slice of the whole wheat bread.

    Spread the whole berry cranberry sauce evenly over the other slice of bread.

    On the cream cheese side, press the baby spinach leaves into the cheese to hold them in place.

    Layer the thick-sliced turkey breast over the spinach, followed by an even layer of the warm stuffing.

    Carefully top with the cranberry-coated slice of bread. Press gently to combine the flavors, cut in half, and enjoy.
