    In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper.

    Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, turning to coat them well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
