Double Cabbage Salad

Instructions

    Trim all leaves well from the cabbages, spinach, and carrot, removing any coarse veins and stems before shredding everything finely.

    Place the shredded red cabbage, green cabbage, spinach, and carrot in a very large salad bowl and toss to combine.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, celery seed, prepared mustard, and black pepper until smooth and well blended.
