Maple Walnut Fudge

Instructions

    Combine the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium heavy-duty saucepan.

    Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then continue boiling and stirring constantly for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.

    Remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and maple flavoring.

    Stir vigorously for about 1 minute, until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a buttered 13x9-inch baking pan and spread evenly. Cool until firm, then cut into small squares. Makes about 50 pieces.
