Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the base by laying out 4 graham cracker squares on a clean surface. Place one piece of milk chocolate squarely in the center of each cracker.

  2. 2

Skewer a large marshmallow onto a long roasting stick or metal skewer.

  3. 3

Hold the marshmallow over a campfire, fire pit, or gas stove burner. Rotate it slowly and continuously until the outside is deeply toasted, golden brown, and slightly charred to your liking. The inside should be completely gooey.

  4. 4

Immediately transfer the hot, gooey marshmallow onto the chocolate piece on one of the prepared graham crackers.

  5. 5

Place a second graham cracker square on top of the marshmallow. Press down gently but firmly while pulling the skewer away, allowing the hot marshmallow to melt the chocolate slightly.

  6. 6

Eat immediately while the marshmallow is hot and stringy.
