Canned Fruit Smoothie

Instructions

    Open the can of fruit. Pour the fruit chunks and about half of the juice from the can directly into a blender.

    Add the milk, ice cubes, and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender pitcher.

    Secure the lid and start blending on a low speed to crush the ice.

    Increase the speed to high and blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and frosty.

    If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes and pulse.

    Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately while cold.
