Chicken Salad Wrap

A quick wrap using canned chicken.

Instructions

    Thoroughly drain the canned chicken and place it in a medium bowl.

    Use a fork to separate the chunks of chicken into fine shreds.

    Add the mayonnaise, dried cranberries, and black pepper. Stir vigorously until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

    Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place half a cup of fresh spinach or lettuce in the center of each tortilla.

    Spoon half of the chicken salad mixture over the greens on each tortilla.

    Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom like a burrito. Slice in half diagonally to serve.
