Instant Oatmeal Bake

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with the butter.

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant oatmeal packets, milk, and cinnamon. Stir until the oats are thoroughly moistened.

    Fold the chopped canned fruit into the oat mixture gently.

    Pour the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

    Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set and no longer liquid.

    Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving warm, perhaps with an extra splash of milk on top.
