    Blanch the rice noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, and divide into serving bowls.

    In a medium pot, sauté the Laksa paste over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and the oils release.

    Pour in the broth and coconut milk, stirring well to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.

    Drop the peeled shrimp and a handful of tofu puffs into the broth, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.

    Ladle the hot, aromatic broth and cooked seafood over the prepared noodles.

    Garnish with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
