Instructions

    Season the Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Set Up Breading: Place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.

    Bread: Coat each piece in flour, dip in egg, then press into the breadcrumbs.

    Cook: Fry in 180°C (360°F) oil for 3-4 minutes until golden, or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18-20 minutes, turning once.

    Drain: Rest on paper towels.

    Serve: Serve hot with ketchup, barbecue, or honey-mustard dip.
