Canned Chicken Quesadilla

Crispy quesadilla stuffed with canned chicken and cheese.

Instructions

    Thoroughly drain the canned chicken and place it in a small bowl. Use a fork to shred any large chunks.

    Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken and mix well until the meat is evenly coated.

    Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter or heat the oil.

    Place one tortilla flat in the skillet. Evenly scatter half of the cheese, then the seasoned chicken, and top with the remaining cheese.

    Place the second tortilla on top and press down gently with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

    Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden and the cheese is completely melted. Slice into wedges and serve.
