Macaroni Salad

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.

    Drain the macaroni in a colander and rinse it thoroughly under cold water to cool it down and stop the cooking process.

    In a large serving bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    Add the cooled macaroni, drained canned peas, and drained canned carrots to the bowl with the dressing.

    Gently fold everything together until the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated.
