Salmon Patties

Instructions

    Drain the canned salmon thoroughly. Flake it into a mixing bowl using a fork, removing any large bones or skin if you prefer.

    Add the breadcrumbs, egg, fresh lemon juice, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well incorporated.

    Form the mixture into 4 small, compact patties, pressing firmly so they hold their shape.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

    Gently place the patties into the skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until they develop a crisp, golden-brown crust.
