Baked Orzo and Greek Cheese

Instructions

    Cook the orzo in a large pot of salted water according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly oil a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole.

    Transfer the orzo to a large mixing bowl and stir in the heavy cream, olive oil, feta cheese, and dried dill. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Transfer the orzo mixture to the prepared casserole and sprinkle the grated kasseri cheese evenly over the top.

    Bake until heated through and the cheese is melted and lightly golden, about 40 minutes.
