Instructions

    In a large saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat. Add the sliced apples and cook, stirring, until lightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the greens are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes, adding a splash more water if the pan gets dry.
