Overnight Oats

Creamy no-cook oats soaked overnight in milk and yogurt for a grab-and-go breakfast that gets better as it sits.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth and no clumps of yogurt remain.

    Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds, mixing thoroughly so the chia is evenly distributed and does not settle into clumps at the bottom.

    Divide the mixture evenly among 4 pint-sized mason jars or airtight containers, leaving about an inch of headspace, then seal the lids tightly.

    Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight, allowing the oats and chia to fully hydrate into a thick, pudding-like consistency.

    Before serving, stir each jar and loosen with a splash of milk if too thick, then top with fresh berries, sliced banana, or a spoonful of nut butter. Jars keep for up to 5 days chilled.
