Tomato Soup Mac and Cheese

Instructions

    Bring a medium pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the dry macaroni and cook for 7-8 minutes until tender.

    Drain the macaroni well in a colander and return the empty pot to the stove over low heat.

    Melt the butter in the pot, then pour in the milk and the cheese powder packet, whisking until smooth and creamy.

    Stir the condensed tomato soup directly into the cheese sauce (do not add extra water) until fully combined and warm.

    Fold the cooked macaroni back into the creamy tomato-cheese sauce.

    Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring gently, until the pasta is well coated and the dish is piping hot. Serve immediately.
