Check the label for the base oil, since canola, olive, and coconut versions all spray and taste slightly differently, and confirm the can isn't dented, which can affect the pressurized spray.
Storing it
Store the can upright in a cool pantry cabinet away from heat sources, since it's pressurized and shouldn't sit near an oven or stovetop.
