Instant Noodle Stir-Fry

Drain your instant noodles and turn them into a savory stir-fry.

Instructions

    Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles (reserve the seasoning packet) and cook for 2 minutes until just softened but still firm (al dente).

    Drain the noodles thoroughly in a colander and set aside.

    In a medium skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    Add the frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly tender.

    Add the drained noodles to the skillet, tossing them with the vegetables.

    Drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle half of the reserved seasoning packet. Toss for another 1-2 minutes until evenly coated and hot.
