Instructions

    Rub: Mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and rub all over the pork.

    Slow Cook: Place in a slow cooker (or covered Dutch oven) with the stock and cook on low for 8 hours, or at 150°C (300°F) until fork-tender.

    Shred: Remove the pork, discard excess fat, and shred with two forks.
