Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

A seared pork tenderloin roasted and lacquered in a sticky honey-garlic-soy glaze that turns golden and glossy.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Pat the tenderloins dry, trim any silver skin, and season all over with salt and pepper.

    Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloins on all sides until deeply browned, about 2 minutes per side.

    Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, Dijon, and red pepper flakes, then pour over the pork in the skillet, spooning some over the top.

    Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15 to 18 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, basting once halfway through.
